Living A Life True To You
This is a powerful channel I received showing the importance of living a life that is true to YOU!
“The outer pull of expectation, opinions and thoughts of others, is often the outer world drawing you toward it, which can then cause one to rely on what others opinion’s and views are of you.
If you allow this to form who you are, it will be in all due time that you will feel dissonance within oneself. One that is the “separation”.
The “separation” being the one who has become a manifestation of the outer world and yet the inner world, the inner being, that is wishing to lead.”
The Beauty Of The Song
This feels a perfect channel to share after an evening spent with about 30,000 beautiful souls in my city's community "Block Party". It profoundly touched my heart, and showed how music and dance can bring together, everyone, as ONE!

Bring Peace Into Your Life

“For it is time for great deep introspection for many. For many now are being drawn within and spending quiet time with oneself is something to cherish, not to diminish.
It is a balance these days of shifting energies, of changing times and focus. One must always move with what one feels internally, or one will always be in dissonance, moving to and fro, because of others expectations.
Instead one must follow one's own knowing and being and feeling. For the quiet solitude is where the deep within will be found and one’s light will shine brighter as a result.
Know that this is the time for deep introspection and again as we say, often many feel in their way to be alone in their knowing and being.”
Thoughts are "Things" More Than We Know
Something we rarely consider is the impact of what we put our attention to, the energy behind those thoughts, and our ability to manifest our reality - for better or worse!
Today I’m sharing an interesting channel from my distance energy healing work that focuses on obsessive worry over a health situation. However, it is easily applicable to all of our thinking, and has certainly made me reevaluate how and what I put my attention to!
“When one gives energy to a situation, an illness or problem, one amplifies that. In the energetic field this is well understood and as one places energy at a point, one will see that the point energizes. There is a deep connection between what one focuses on and what one experiences.
One would be better to set aside the thought of the thing, for as one
continues to see the thing as reality- reality, it is.
And yet we say it can be with all thought and intention to let this go, that it will be gone.
But if one delves deep to further understand and feel as this is part of
oneself, it will be a difficulty in seeing the way forward to health and well- being.”

Are You Feeling Those Feelings Again?
Do you often feel the feelings of others? Many of us are very empathic people, which can cause us to feel others emotions as though we were that person!
And this can be quite a challenge living our own lives, without this gift affecting us negatively.
On that topic, here’s some advice that I recently channeled in my distance energy healing work.
“And we say - one keeps one’s light shining brightly, protecting oneself through means of sheltering from information -not being an ostrich with its head in the sand -but one that filters, sees enough, then moves forward.
Freshness and cleanliness, the mind space is purer and will begin to develop, allowing one’s light to shine more brightly.
For one cannot live in the mire of the human world, delving into the depth and the feeling of others when one is an empathic individual.
Soft hearted, kind, caring. You are an open door for all to enter. Sheltering methods, avoiding certain information, energy cleansing practices, are of utmost importance as one journeys forward.”
“One must shelter oneself from the energies without. Those of a sensitive nature, it is recommended to energy cleanse the living space, their beings, and offer protective measures regardless of one’s closeness to another.
Energies overlap, and it is always of use to energy cleanse. For one exchanges energies with everyone in their path and can be like a sponge, taking on and within, the energy of humanity’s concerns.”

Are You Pulled By The Outer World of Expectation?

“The pull of the outer world of expectation, relying on other’s opinions and views of oneself - if allowed - can form oneself. Yet often dissonance is felt, and this is the separation. The separation being the one who has become a manifestation of the outer world and yet the inner world, the inner being wishing to lead.
For when one feels dissonance, this is signature sign of one’s true self reaching out to lead. When one feels comfort in all knowing and being, knowing one is being lead from within, all dissonance disappears.
And yet we say, it is not well understood that in the human world this is part of the challenge. To set aside the pull of the outer world of expectations, judgement, others’ opinions and views -all that is not who one is.
For one is, who one is, deep within - the true self. This we say, is the opportunity in front of each of you.”
The Twin Flame Relationship
