in trusting oneself
and using the world,
outside your doorstep,

Fear Not
“Fear not of the times that
bring your gaze to the ground,
that tears your heart to pieces,

Let the times flow through you
like the river in your way -
raging with feeling, flooded with emotion,

Then again, offering unto you
the calmness and serenity
that only this expressing can bring.
Breathe again and find your way.
A few more steps, moving back and forth,
feeling the pull of the tow.
Taking you down deep again,
and then up you come for air,
seeing the light of day,
offering you solace in time.
Feeling the depth of your Soul
and a new grace in your day,
as your perspective shifts and moves.
A new understanding is in your way,
guiding you forward.
For it is the reliance of the Soul
that will offer you solace,
a grace beyond all knowing,
and a new breath in your day.”

"Shedding Of The Skin"
“When one begins releasing
the beliefs, constructs and energies of old,
one will see a “shedding of the skin”,
so to speak.
For it is often the
body that can become
a reflection of what one holds onto,
and which is no longer of one’s nature.
As the releasing occurs, one will find
that alignment and greater clarity
is brought about by one’s Soul.
It is a transcendence, as such,
into a lighter state,
releasing into the wind
what does not serve,
to offer you a smoother journey forward.”

are your "worst enemy", we find.
Distractions that come
from your own self today
are more marked than
what most others do to you in your day.
And when you sink into these times,
of pressuring yourself
from your human mind
you negate the beauty of the Soul,
that wishes to offer flow to you.
So, give yourself grace
along this journey in time,
for your path will be brighter
most certainly we find.
And know that when you
lighten up on you,
so much else around you will too.”

Dream Your Dreams
"Dream your dreams
of riches to keep,
long lost lives
that run so deep.
Help you offer others
at night, it is true,
loving again lovers
you once knew.
Seeing the light
of a thousand stars.
You are brighter
and fly by far
to places you know
and ones you don’t,
when you sleep at night
or what you think at most.
A life you live
where you never sleep,
only the body
feels this to be.
But the Soul is always
and forever in time,
more than you imagine
and living its own life
at night when all in the ethers
see the spark so true -
the Soul traveling the night skies
as dreamtime comes to you."

Shake & Awaken Yourself
“Shake and awaken yourself
in this time to be.
For what you shall see
is beyond your knowing in time
where you will find
the brightest of the starlight divine.
Understand that these times to come
are here for you in your way
to build even greater the light on your pathway.
Bring to bear of all you wish
for your time now in this life, in this journey,
that you came to see and know
that what you wish upon it to be
can be manifested in this new energy to see.
For you are in a different time now, it is true,
where humankind and creation will begin anew.
Grasp upon what you feel so strong
of the energy that will pull you along.
Not from the darkened times,
but instead into the light
and where you will find brighter it is to be.
It is with the mindset that you come
where all will shine upon you.
So, take it deep within, we say -
how do you feel about the new times in your way?
It is a powerful energy too,
for you to manifest upon it, through and through.
Then let it go and swim in the way
of the new energies,
that will move you forward in your day,
as the beautiful light streams to you,
do not let it pass by you, too.

for they are of lightness and grace
