Seek The Comfort

“Seek the comfort of yourself inside.

Let the winds and the tides of time

flow through you to dance with

and create yourself anew.

The times are changing,

but then, again, so are you.

You wonder how to turn yourself around.

Where are you going and how?

It is you - the One inside -

and if you listen, you will find,

as the waters swirl around you in time

and the winds at your back drive you along.

Let them take you to journey far.

Breeze on your face, it pulls you along.

The waters run and never end,

asking for you to flow with them.

Rather than effort yourself

into answers that aren’t your own,

give in and know that with time, you go.

Take yourself there and step aside.

For all will be well as you look inside,

flowing with what is brought to you in time.”

Fear Not

“Fear not of the times that

bring your gaze to the ground,

that tears your heart to pieces,

leaving the shattered remains.

Let the times flow through you

like the river in your way -

raging with feeling, flooded with emotion,

Then again, offering unto you

the calmness and serenity

that only this expressing can bring.

Breathe again and find your way.

A few more steps, moving back and forth,

feeling the pull of the tow.

Taking you down deep again,

and then up you come for air,

seeing the light of day,

offering you solace in time.

Feeling the depth of your Soul

and a new grace in your day,

as your perspective shifts and moves.

A new understanding is in your way,

guiding you forward.

For it is the reliance of the Soul

that will offer you solace,

a grace beyond all knowing,

"Shedding Of The Skin"

the beliefs, constructs and energies of old,

into a lighter state,

“Be gentle with yourself

Often the human

can push beyond the lines

of what the Soul wishes, we say,

for your own good in your day.

For you at times

are your "worst enemy", we find.

Distractions that come

from your own self today

are more marked than

what most others do to you in your day.

And when you sink into these times,

of pressuring yourself

from your human mind

you negate the beauty of the Soul,

that wishes to offer flow to you.

So, give yourself grace

along this journey in time,

for your path will be brighter

Don't Let Them

“Don’t let them

-those who say they know-

tell you that magic is not so.

For as you consider

your life brought from the stars,

isn’t it the most magical by far?

And yes, it comes with difficulty too

during the life journey, often, it is true.

But look more closely even at you -

a miracle you are standing there.

Magic happened to bring you here

in this body that you have -

regardless of the trials it has seen.

Just know that you are a work of art,

brought together by stardust afar.

Now here you live and breathe and feel

the preciousness of life instilled

by this journey that you make.

And then you begin to remember too,

looking outside of the magic that is you.

The crystals of light that speak, they do,

and gods and goddesses were real too.

The dragons and the mermaids from the seas,

loving beings from planets afar to be -

partners by your side they are.

Angels and guides on hand, you see

asking you to call on them, if you please.

All of this begins to feel mystical in your way.

For it is, and never let it be contained

or hidden again from your sight,

for all the magic of this journey

now begins with might.”
