Option 1 - 30 Minute Distance Energy Healing With 10 Minute Audio Recording

This option offers distance energy healing for 30 minutes plus an approximate 10 minute audio recording of the work completed and any channeled information that comes through. (If you wish to focus more on the channeled information, click HERE for these sessions.)
This is a great session to kick off multiple distance energy healing sessions over time, as you see fit. (See below for Option 2 also.)
Before the session you specify physical/emotional situations you want the session to focus on, and if you wish a summary of what you may be going through in your journey now. You may also set an intention for the session.
During the session, in a place convenient for you, you’ll meditate or relax and be calm in whatever way works for you. You may also sleep during the session.
Full energy healing work is provided throughout your body/energy body during the session. You may meditate, sleep or relax in any way that works for you during as much of the approximate 30 minute session.
Specific healing work is done on the physical/emotional situations you wish addressed.
Chakra assessment and balancing is also completed.
Since this is distance work, no phone communication is needed during the session. However, communication is completed via email before and after the session. Your 10-15 minute audio recording is typically sent within the next 30 minutes after the session.

Option 2 - 30 Minute Distance Energy Healing

This option offers purely distance energy healing for 30 minutes. It is simply a time for you to receive the energy and is a perfect option for regular energy healing sessions.
Before the session you specify physical/emotional situations you want the session to focus on, and a summary of what you may be going through in your journey now. You may also set an intention for the session.
During the session, in a place convenient for you, you’ll meditate or relax and be calm in whatever way works for you. You may also sleep during the session.
