March Equinox 2022

, , ,

On Sunday, March 20th we find ourselves in the March Equinox (vernal equinox), offering us a time of rebirth, refreshment and renewal!

And although right now in our world it may feel the opposite of this, renewal comes in many forms and we are assuredly rebirthing ourselves as a collective of humankind.

As you embrace and adjust to this time of rapid change on our planet, help yourself and our collective energy by finding ways to be in a high vibration way of thinking and doing.

Be aware of what you choose to immerse yourself in and pay attention to. Note how your mind and body feels when you do choose what you choose. And then make adjustments.

We are regularly spoken to by how we FEEL, often a reflection of what we have listened to and watched on TV or social media. Listen to what your mind and body are saying about these choices.

As we choose a more mindful way of living, even in stressful times, we are pushed to center ourselves more fully. And with this, we can more efficiently accept these new energies coming to assist us all, as well as be a greater support for those around us.

So, consider finding some time these next days to recognize in your way the March Equinox - a time that is ushering in a new wave of growth for everyone in these unprecedented times!

The December Solstice is upon us!

The Little Things

How we can take the little things for granted!

“With each day begin in your way

to find even the smallest thing that brings joy.

Saltwater Of The Lands

As we let tears flow we release cellular memory from our past lives - traumas, experiences held in for eons - that do not serve us!

In these changing times, lean into your emotions, and give yourself space and quiet time to process them, allowing the tears to shed.

Crying is a major way our body clears - and yet - often we suppress letting this divine water flow!

So let it go, and let them flow!

Be Gentle In These Times

May you each know the importance of self-care during these every changing times!

So remember - first and foremost - be good to YOU!

Often the human

can push beyond the lines
