This channel popped in just as I was contemplating a new approach to losing weight....seriously!
And.. it stopped me in my tracks and got me thinking.....
What if I started talking to my body in conversation and praising it, thanking it for carrying me through this life journey, and apologizing for not talking nicely sometimes?
Basically changing up the energy I'm offering!
Could it hear me? Would it as a consciousness begin responding to me in a new way, as I began really loving it more and regularly speaking kind words instead?
So I am beginning this experiment!
And I offer it to you today as a fun channel, but also as one to consider more seriously as well, on your own journey!
